Description
Keyless bushing synchronous belt pulley is a combination of two parts: keyless bushing and synchronous belt pulley.
Keyless bushing is generally made of iron, and it is generally combined by inner bushing and outer bushing, and the end face is tightened by screw.
In the process of screwing in, through the conical pressure between inner bushing and outer bushing, they exert force on each other, and the inner bushing and the rotating shaft are held tightly to realize torque transmission.
With the centering function of the keyless bushing synchronous belt wheel, mainly rely on the outer bushing of the keyless bushing and the inner surface of the synchronous belt wheel to ensure the coaxiality of the synchronous belt wheel and the bushing.
The keyless bushing synchronous belt wheel without the centering function mainly relies on the inner surface of the taper of the belt wheel itself and the same taper of the keyless bushing to cooperate with each other. When the bolt is locked, the fastening effect of the shaft is realized through the close fit of the taper between the bushing and the belt wheel and the locking force of the bolt.
