XL Synchronous Pulley
Description
Timing pulleys (Synchronous pulleys) are generally made of metal materials and are manufactured through lathing and hobbing.
The outer side of the timing pulley is in a tooth shape, maintaining the same tooth shape and spacing as the equidistant teeth on the inner surface of the Timing belts(synchronous belts). The inner hole has a circular hole that fits with the rotating shaft of the input power.
At least two timing pulleys are generally used in conjunction with one timing belt in a belt transmission system. Power is input through the driving pulley from power sources such as motors. The teeth of the driving pulley and the timing belt are interlocked to output the transmission power on the driven pulley side, achieving the effect of power transmission and workpiece movement.
